The new restaurant LIMONE is for all lovers of Italian cuisine. The restaurant's concept is inspired by the blooming lemon trees of Italy. The menu has been developed by top professionals in the industry.
The head chef of LIMONE is Yurii Kovryzhenko, who graduated from the Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana in Lucca and the Culinary Institute in Turin. The talented Latvian pastry chef Diāna Goba has created the desserts for the new restaurant, while the cocktail menu was developed by Deniss Smirnovs, the president of the Latvian Bartenders Federation.
The LIMONE menu features dishes from various regions of Italy. Guests can enjoy refined pasta, meat dishes, pizzas, and seafood. The dessert offerings include profiteroles, the delicate POMODORO, the signature LIMONE dessert, and many others. The cocktail menu showcases refreshing drinks such as limoncello spritz, aperol spritz, botanical negroni, and many other masterpieces.
